I deliver a wide variety of Hospice DME or medical equipment big and small, everything from full electric hospital beds to oxygen tanks and wool heel protectors. I’m responsible for everything from checking the equipment in when it was delivered to the warehouse, cleaning used equipment before it goes back out, gathering the proper equipment for my orders/deliveries for the day. Also delivering and setting up the equipment in the hospice patient’s home as well as picking up equipment after the patient had passed. Simply put everything from checking new equipment in off the truck to picking up all of our equipment after the patient had passed and everything in between. It is a very customer pleasing/service oriented job as all of the patients are terminally ill and the patient and family members are going through emotion that some have never been through before so this has definitely helped me widen my understanding of what true customer service is. I was the number 4 tech in the company.

Full time Measurement Technician/Sales associate/Warehouse. I sell a variety of flooring products and help customers find the right product for their budget or flooring needs. I help with inventory, shipping and receiving as well as keeping the store clean and organized with the forklift moving products to their proper place in the warehouse to help them sell. I was also in charge of loading and unloading of the truck with the forklift when the new shipments would come in. I wrote up and input sales into the computer.
