Since Apr 2011 working as an Senior Engineer in Continuous Rolling Mill at Surana Industries

Raichur, Karnataka. The Surana Industries Ltd is an Integrated Steel plant having production

capacity of 0.3 Million Tons per annum. Rolling Mill consists of fully automated and continuous

type, having 19 mill stands plus 10 stands wire rod block mill, walking hearth type furnace with

production capacity 45MT/Hr.

Current Assignments:

Erection and commissioning of workshop machines.(conventional lathe machine, CNC lathe

machine, CNC Roll ring grinding machine, Dressing machine and Rib cutting machine).

Developing pass profile and rib cutting program on CNC machine.

To display great deal of initiative and judgment and required to set up machines and prepare special

tools or production aids

To study and understanding the technical specification drawing and tolerance.

After groove turning the roller and assembled to roll stand and shifting to mill area.

Providing feedback regarding the task being carried out in day in order to achieve our target.
