product release.

. With 4 peers, completed $7 million project developing a new product line

of 14 outdoor/ industrial lighting fixtures ahead of schedule and under

. Product development work directing designers using castings, sheet metal,

extrusions and molded plastics. Used FEA, FMEA and Design for Assembly

analysis in a Six Sigma environment.

Early Career Experience

READERVISION, INC., Greensboro, NC

Startup business producing electronic message centers using patented

energy saving technology. Grew to 17 people before selling to original

investor. As Operations Director, helped guide this business to sales of

$2 million. Gained two U.S. patents.

o Experience gained in administration, engineering, operations and

regulatory agencies.

o Management of up to 15 people. Responsible for supply chain and

production planning.

o Designs included parts in sheet metal & weldments, extrusions and
