Quality Control Technician
My duties include dimensional inspection of down-hole tools and
assemble. Working knowledge all of the latest measuring equipment
including; Zeiss Coordinate Measuring System, digital height gauge,
micrometers, calipers, profilometer (surface roughness tester),
optical comparator and a boroscope.
Perform dimensional inspections per engineering prints and manage and
coordinate all the gage calibration for the lab. Work with Engineers
to trouble-shooting designing issues. Also perform first article and
re-certifications for new and returning suppliers.
