medical offices and medical groups. With this experience, I feel that I am qualified for a position

EMPLOYMENT
2013 Administrative support clerk, Adecco staffing/SWRI
At Southwest Research Institute, job consisted of using programs that included the
share point and cost point programs. This included the Filing and Imaging of
digitizing all documents in accounts receivable. This position also consisted of
extensive filing, outgoing mail and document labeling.
2011-2012 Administrative support clerk, Adecco staffing/USAA
Investment operation department consist of researching, analyzing
and reconciliation of account issues on member profiles. This consisted of
balancing and reconciling to ensure entries are posted according to
All prescribed policies and regulatory practices. Assist with documentation
of and revision to departmental procedures. Gather information, analyze
data and contribute to the completion of work product. I collaborate with
team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.
2006- 2010 Administrative support clerk, Kelly services/ USAA
Data integrity department position consisted of updating member profile
Information that included address and phone modification as dictated by
several daily reports. These reports also consisted of member’s financial
status. Also researched were documents such as brokerage information, power
of attorney, certification of death forms that were on file or on documentum.
Accounts payable department position consisted of reviewing, validating corporate
and employee credit card and invoice vouchers for all employees at USAA. The
vouchers consisted of verifying expenditures that included gas mileage verification,
employee expenditures verification and submission of vouchers to accounts payable
for employee reimbursement. I also performed daily preparation of invoices for
Imaging for accounts payable.
Life insurance position consisted of various duties that included sole handling of
financial forms for the CFO department of USAA insurance company. This consisted
of all financial forms for reimbursement reviewed for correctness and accuracy, and
reports being processed to reimburse employees of USAA. Other duties also
consisted of prepping paper work to ready for archive, copying, mail Distribution and
creation of various forms required. I also handled record keeping of various diaries
assigned to the department for reconciliation.

customer service, scheduling, filing, collection of co-pay, verification of insurance
answering phones from a multi-line system.

In support of operations of admitting department handled all outpatient admissions in
all areas of data entry, billing, collection for surgeries, deposits, management of 5
people within the department, pre authorization for surgeries, workman
compensation, and obtained laboratory results pre-surgery. Position required working
heavily with doctor offices to insure doctor/patient relations with hospital.
