Description:

As part of its overall modernization initiative and in line with its drive

for enterprise excellence, the management of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department

(ADJD) will strive to implement IT services that are aligned with the

organization's vision and strategy. As such, the organization initially

launched a Business Process documentation project to capture the current

state of ADJD prosecution operations. ADJD has now engaged to reengineer

the processes of prosecution units. The project will review, analyze and

optimize the current as-Is processes and produce "To-Be" Models along with

a set of improvement opportunities. ADJD Project deals with the package of

requirements for the Abu Dhabi Public Prosecution System. This will be used

to deliver the system functionality required to support the processes in

the scope of the ADJD Prosecution System.

Virgin Mobile USA is the first Mobile network Operator in the US and

it is does not operate on its own network. Instead, it piggybacks on the

network of Sprint Communication. VMU selected Siebel Communication as a

critical part of its IT infrastructure. Siebel Communication ensures that

customers can "top-up" their accounts instantaneously at any time of day,

through any channel and continue to receive uninterrupted wireless service.

VMU customers procure mobile handsets from retailers but engineered to

connect to SPRINT Network. Initially the handsets are inoperable. Calling

customer care can do activation of those sets.
