Robert was appointed to the Surface Facilities Upstream, Concept Team, on

the GLNG project as Cost Estimator. His duties as Cost Estimator involved:

. Peer reviewing 3rd party engineering consultants (KBR & AMEC) cost

estimates for Roma, Fairview, Scotia and Arcadia assets. This review

covered all surface facilities, namely well pads, gathering networks,

trunk lines, gas transmission pipelines, nodal compressors, hub

compressor stations, camps, road and power infrastructure, water

treatment facilities etc.

. First principles estimating for Natural Gas Surface Facilities (within

LNG value chains)

. OPEX (Operating Cost Expenditure) Estimating - Maintenance and running

costs over the life of the facilities / asset

. Benchmarking EPCM costs vs Concept Estimates for all Asset components

. Formulating and presenting GSP13 (Gas Supply Plan 2013) rates for 2013

for Dynamic Cost model. The numbers from the cost model were published

to shareholders.
