I designed and implemented the ability to fabricate metal, wood, and plastic products in house. I also implemented
a wash and powder coat line. Created in house service department that shows savings of $200K per month. I
restructured the quality department by putting quality checks at every work station and adding reporting like 8D. In
the Inventory department I implemented JIT and two bin process and completely reorganized it taking it from 8
million to 5.2 million. I managed over 100 employees that covered the three departments. This was completed
within 7 months 5 months sooner than the time line given and $500k under budget.

The goal was to bring fabrication in house and increase efficiencies throughout the company. The goal was
completed.
