system. Key areas of nursing recruitment are University Hospital and South Hospital. Accountable for taking
internal and external applicants through the entire pre-employment processes which includes applying, all levels
of interviewing, selection, making offers, and negotiating counter offers. Set up physicals and initiate
prescreening checks and references. Help with new associate orientation. Keep applicant and hiring manager
informed about progress of the process. Explain and sell Methodist, its benefits, incentives, and perks as well as
schedule and pay options. Act as consultant for Hiring managers and meet continually to discuss vacancy rates,
turn over reports, retention issues, agency usage, position master, job postings, and any other issues that may be
effective staffing of the area. Formulate staffing plans and strategies in areas of need such as mailers, phone-a-
