Sopogy is a start-up in the MicroCSP (Concentrated Solar Power) thermal solar solutions market holding 80% market share with
solar solutions in 7 countries across the globe. The primary function of my position is to develop, plan, and implement the
organization’s field operations program through strategies for managing all company functions; procurement, logistics,
international customs requirements and negotiations, delivery, site construction management, installation management, controls
installation and integration design management, and commissioning management. Build and repair international and domestic
customer relationships on-site and face-to-face. All strategies contribute to attaining organizational goals in alignment with the

Belen Consolidated Schools is a central New Mexico, medium sized, public school district of 5000 students and over 700 staff.
Design, develop, plan, and implement all IT/MIS/VoIP functions of the school district, identify, contract when necessary, and
manage all IT projects. QA testing and QA process development. Hire, train, and manage technicians (3).
• Direct, design, and supervise the complete infrastructure upgrade to the school district IT backbone.
• Structured network data server modeling; throughput, network load balance testing, and performance testing.
• Delivered the first set of student data to the state complete and on-time by the first half of the first year.
• The end of the first year applied for and received $8M in grant money to upgrade all areas of the IT infrastructure.
