DOT Compliance Manager - Responsible for making sure all drivers hired meet DOT & company
requirement through employment screening. I keep the Safety Department up to date on all new
DOT regulations as well as the drivers ensuring our drivers get proper training. Write and
enforce our Company Hiring Guidelines. I assist our Safety Director as needed.
• Process, track, and maintain driver qualification files per Federal Motor
Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and Department of Transportation
(DOT) regulations for DOT drivers.

Orientation Manager - Overall responsible for onboarding drivers. Delivering an

room was set up to standard. Made sure all documents were accounted for and on site
and all necessary items were in place. I created master registration lists of all guest attendance.
Keep track of all documents and event files. I signed off on all final charges for events. I made
myself available for guests and their questions. While there I assisted with all sales. I organized
and maintain all event files. I coordinated all speaking events and travel schedules for events and
staff. I work with time sensitive material and large budgets. These events (seminars) ranged from
60 to 250 attendees. I was promoted from Office Manager to the Event Coordinator position.
