Export Operations

Managing the export operations and ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.

Interfacing with the shipping lines/Agents for price negotiations and smooth shipment of the containers.

To prepare all the documents related to the exports.

To study the L/C and negotiate all the documents as per the terms of L/C.

To do the vessel planning and keep a regular track of the shipped goods so that a timely delivery can be ensured. Also to work on alternatives in case of any emergency or cancellations.

To handle all the air shipments.

Domestic Operations

Managing all the domestic operations.

Interfacing with the Transporters for price negotiations and smooth dispatch of consignments.

To prepare all the documents related to the domestic dispatches.

To keep a regular follow up of the dispatched goods so that the consignment is delivered to the buyer in time.

Managerial Function –

To interact regularly with the marketing team for their requirements.

To handle the complete logistic operations of company with well efficient logistic team.

Store Function-To handle the complete finish material in / out procedure, Make GRN, rejection note & vendor follow up for material. Transporter follow up for material. Well known transporter used for incoming material & cheapest freight.
