• Automated Manufacturing Quality program which produced “Real Time Data’ for CA/PA, RI, MRB, Supplier Quality, In-Process, and Final Inspection.

• Designed and implemented Supplier Qualification Program to include Dunn & Bradstreet ratings, % of Business, and Supplier Capabilities study. Results brought a qualified group of suppliers together with higher quality output.

• Improved Incoming Quality by reducing the rejection rate from 8.6% to 1.4% and in-process rejections by 10% through Supplier Development, Preventive Actions, and attribute SPC tracking.

• Implemented weekly and quarterly Customer Communication meetings which reduced Corrective Action Requests from customer to zero over a five year period. Methodology utilized by the Customer for other suppliers.

• Developed “Product Safety Program” which reduced incident rates from an average of 4 per year to and average of 1 per year.

• Reduced machined part rejection rate, utilizing “Variable Data SPC”, from 40% to <1.5%. Utilized findings to improve tool configuration thus producing twice as many parts without tool changes.

• Designed Commercial Quality Program in SAP for joint venture program with Pitney Bowes.

• Achieved Ford Motor Co. “Qualified Vehicle Modifier” certification to provide NG conversion kits for new vehicles.
