Since 6-2009 Huddle House Customer Service Center, Atlanta, GA – Shipping Manager - My responsibilities include but are not limited to Supervision of 15 person crew as they pull product, build pallets, load and unload trucks. I was also responsible for maintaining quality and production standards and I led my crew to new high quality and production standards while maintaining excellent customer service.

2005 -2009 Self-Employed - Contract Business Project Manager for the following companies:

Championship Marketing, LLC – Implemented the official Licensing with the Collegiate Licensing Center, The Licensing Resource Group, Joe Gibbs Racing, and JR Motorsports for Championships products. Performed high level management and negotiations. Responsible for sales, promotion, marketing, accounting, web development, and media relations. Achieved sales in 150+ Lowe’s stores and on HomeDepot.com.

Black Creek Village, LLC – A 20 million dollar development project in Freeport, Florida. Performed sales and promotion of the class B certificates, kept the records for all the class B investors including the dollar amount invested, certificates of ownership, all banking, payables, and receivables of the project.

Automotive Structures, Inc. – A 50 million dollar corporation that develops and builds automotive dealerships for Lexus, Toyota, Dodge, and Hyundai. Performed and responsible for all the accounting, construction draws of 1 to 2 million each month, bank draws and deposits, payables to subs against their project bids, insurance certificates, and management operation of each of the building projects.

Lake Equity Partners, LLC – This is a 250 million dollar townhome development in Clermont, Florida. Performed and responsible for all the accounting, construction draws of 1 to 2 million each month, bank draws and deposits, payables to subs against their project bids, insurance certificates, and management operation of each of the building projects

Prior to 2005 I was employed by:

Robert & Sons Aluminum, Inc. – 6-2001 to 12-2005 An Aluminum sheets and blank manufacturer - My official title was Financial Officer and I was responsible for all Credit Management of over 1.5 million in account receivables, collections on all AR accounts (30 day turns on $700,000 ++ averaging 32 days on 97% of the AR), all check runs and Accounts Payable, General Ledger Entries, Month end and year end close, Inventories, Payroll, all banking and loan payments and loan reporting, all credit card processing and payments, all billing, monthly tax reports, and all other day to day financial operation management.

Vital Works, Inc. 6-2000 to 5-2001 A software writing company for Doctors Offices – My official title was Credit Manager II and I was responsible for leading 15 ++ collection workers in the collection process that was set by the company Management and the Senior Credit Manager. I was also responsible for the collection of several million dollars in bad debt, negotiating payments and new payment terms.

Nichols Aluminum & Decatur Aluminum – 1995 to 2000 An Aluminum Sheet cast company – My official title was Credit Manager with Decatur Aluminum and Accounts Receivable and Payroll Specialist II with Nichols Aluminum. Nichols bought out Decatur Aluminum in 1998 while I worked there and transitioned me into a new position since they already had a Credit Manager. As a credit manager I was responsible for well over 100 million dollars in credit accounts and for the collection of 12 million dollars of AR on 60 day turns. I held past due accounts to less than 1% of the total AR and collected that 1% within the next 30 days. I kept updated credit files on over 200 customers and set credit limits and terms for each customer. I learned how to read Dun and Bradstreet Reports and learned AS400 accounting software. I was also responsible in the transition to Nichols for due diligence procedures and information, and for a payroll of over 75 employees.
