Develop schedule in logical steps and convey instructions and timelines to subordinates, subcontractors, and suppliers. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, wireless sites and towers, facilities, and systems. Continually monitor quality control to ensure compliance with design criteria, on site safety measures, compliance with building codes, and ensure building meets specifications. I have the ability to interpret blue prints, shop drawings and sketches and create the desired finished effect. Duties: I was responsible for the development of residential, commercial, and industrial construction documents using AutoCAD. Product research, specification development and alternative use product research was also part of my responsibility.
