• Preformulation studies including characterization of API and Excipients.

• Analytical method development (UV method as per ICH guideline)

• Formulation of proniosomal gel.

• Optimization and Evaluation of proniosomal gel for transdermal route.

• Development reservoir type transdermal device.

• Statistical evaluation of data with help of design expert software (Quality by design).
