besides serving as Geotechnical Consultant, was responsible for project management

and co-ordination for implementation of the National Development Projects in general

particularly the National Sports Complex ($150 m) that comprises various packages.

Major activities in various project include the following:

Co-ordination with clients and consultants towards obtaining design brief and planning of

various development projects. Checking drawings and contract documents prior to

tendering of projects by consultants. Participating in the administration of contracts, day

to day management, negotiation of variation and other contractual maters, viz.,

reprogramming construction schedule, approving extension of time, substitution of

materials, commissioning and handing over of projects. Review design of vertical drains

for soil improvement for Lambak Kanan Industrial State project. Site reconnaissance and

recommend procedure for subsoil investigation, analyze preliminary bore hole

information, assign laboratory tests, analyze test results, design and recommend

alternative solution for the improvement of 25 m of soft clay deposit for housing project.

drawing for construction of foundation for the 20 story DDC Bhaban building, Alternate
