• Loop checking. Stroke checking of the control valve

• P&ID Checking, Preparing of Punch list and its rectification.

• Handled all types of pumps, like Reciprocating pumps, Screw pumps, Gear pumps & Metering pumps in dosing Pump and also in Turbine driver Multistage centrifugal pumps.

• Commissioning of Decoke compressor,FD Fan in the Boiler

• Commissioning of flare,gas compression

• Commission of Suction KOD

• Cooling water Passivation

• Quench Tower, Caustic Tower water circulation preparation and start up

• Steam Blowing Preparation,HHP,HPMP and LP steam.

• Hydro test of Heat exchangers and Process Pipeline

• Preparation of Oil Flushing for the compressor and pumps for lube oil system.
