PRESIDENT, INTEGRATED FIXATION SYSTEMS SUBSIDIARY
Directed Integrated Fixation System (IFS) division, which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solucorp Industries. Managed the development of new environmental technologies, created worldwide joint venture relationships and negotiated licensing agreements globally. Directed daily operations including research & development, sales, marketing, employee relations, cost analysis, vendor/public relations, procurement and project management. Prepared financial statements for auditors and regulatory filings.
Negotiated and formulated strategic alliances in Europe, South America and Asia for the distribution of environmental remediation and pollution prevention technologies.
Drove sales from less than $1M to more than $5M through licensing rights and technology sales; successfully reduced overhead and operational costs.
Functioned as the company’s spokesperson in television, radio and print media interviews.
Closed the company’s largest research and development contract for the innovation of a pollution prevention technology for a major solar panel manufacturer with a value of more than $7.5M.
