I have learnt to be understanding but assertive. I’ve learnt not to let my personal relationship interfere with my personal judgement. I learnt how to effectively communicate with different employees on different skill levels and how to work under pressure. From all my work experience I have learnt how to make decisive decisions and to improvise as this was called for on a number of occasions.
