Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Actively involved in manpower planning (aligned with business objectives& growth) of ‘professional employees and graduate trainees.

• Assist in the development of job descriptions as well as develop and maintain relationships with College Campus’s, professional associations, industry contacts, etc. to develop the recruitment strategies.

• Establishing innovative sourcing strategies and partnering with Corporate recruitment team for overall efficiency in the recruitment & selection process.
