The NWP project was a complete end-to-end planning program including Systems Integration, Process Engineering, and Change Management.
- Spearheaded the implementation of VPIsystems OnePlan suite of planning modules and the integration into Teltra’s environment in order to significantly reduce Teltra’s existing IT portfolio complexity. Provided strategic direction to a project team and singlehandedly managed the planning, oversight, and execution of the Network Planning Project, as well as the administration of support from various vendors.
