Operations Manager - Reynosa, México Mar 2008 – Present

Responsible for all of the activities pertaining the Production, Maintenance, and Engineering departments. Accountable for 320 hourly associates, Production supervisors, Maintenance Supervisor, Process Engineers, Team leaders, and Maintenance Techs.

o Drive EHS, Quality, Product deliveries, and Cost performance by focusing on exceeding the customer expectations, under budget and on-time. Instrumental on a recent Plant operations turn-around exercise.

o Recently implemented a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance program (TPM), creating higher levels of equipment productivity.

Corporate Engineering Manager – US/Mex Operations Dec 2006 - Mar 2008
