Project Description

Title: IMMUNOINFORMATICS DATABASE

Aim: To Design and development of Antigen-Antibody Complexes Database.

We used Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and VB.Net.

Our Project Covered the Following Functionalities:

• Antigen-Antibody Complex Proteins.

• Detailed Descriptions About the Proteins such as No. of Chains, No. of Helices,

No. of Beta-sheets, No. of Coils and other details.

• Descriptions in Excel Sheet.

• Further Exporting the Excel sheet to Access to build a front end to it in VB.Net

During our Initial Stages of Project Guide Helped us in:

• Deciding Requirements and Functional Specification.

• Familiarization with requirements and Task Breakup.

• And also how it will be useful in further Research Purposes.
