Company has developed ATOM ERP package. This is mainly for fashion Industry i.e. Textile, Leather and allied Industry. I am responsible for analysis and Implementation. My role & responsibilities includes following:
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and work flow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Serve the conduit between customer community (internal and external customers) and software development team through which requirements flow.
• Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.

Production and Efficiency:
• Taking care of above things with below tools.
• On standards efficiency-Target 60%
• % Of over 80% efficiency –Minimum 50%
• Production per machine -22 for basic POLO-t
• Minimize the OFF-TIMES,M/c breakdown
