Created and implemented new provisioning process which resulted in the reduction of request time for market data orders from thirty (30) to twelve (12) minutes.
Coordinated the upgrade and transfer of the firm’s market data inventory into the new MDSL/MDM database which consisted of 12,000 users, 365 vendors, 1,200 accounts and 4,200 services.
Managed and directed the Dual City Transition Project. Responsible for the coordination of hiring, training and transitioning daily operations to Bangalore, India and Salt Lake City, Utah. This was accomplished by on-site visits to each location.
