I’ve worked both residential and commercial construction overseeing various stages of new construction to repairs of bath rooms, kitchens, home additions, roofing, decking to including total renovation projects. As owner and operator of this
entity, I’m challenged with meeting the customer needs and balancing the budget keeping the cost to a minimal at all times.
Having worked in the field of construction for 37 years in all phases, seeking employment in both full time and part time
employment while maintaining my skill sets and assisting with the household budgetary needs. I have assisted with
several large commercial projects over seeing the demolition of partial or complete structures to include the coordinated
removal of all construction debris. Having worked on a couple of federal/state government repairs to local National Guard
Armory facilities bring them up to existing code requirements.

Working as a leadsman for a team of 30 women and men combined in a submarine construction plant, supporting this crew with specialized talents achieving success with the install of key components, decking and structural sections of the hull. I’m
working with management and supervision constantly assisting them with the daily needs of the shift work loads, providing
logistical support and attending to the associates needs with guidance, experience and knowledge of tasks at hand. As a
nuclear shipfitter, I’m working in the construction and fabrication of the reactor compartment and specialized weapons
systems. Assisting each team member with safety concerns, installation issues and to including the redesign of these vital
systems. I work with AUTO CAD drawings, sketchers and schematics to conduct my daily assignments, meeting all dead lines ahead of schedule. Having been cleared by NAC for a secret clearance and the NRC for working in a highly
contaminated environment the level of safety is highly maintained. Always assisting Navy Q/A with routine inspections from
safety audits to critical tolerances of key components and weapons systems allowing this equipment to be excepted and
signed off by the Navy. Conducting preventive maintenance on a daily bases, using required Navy TM’s and PM’s manuals
to guide through the mandatory process. Often working in tight confined spaces dealing with heavy steel plates, lead and
poly shielding, grinding and fitting these large pieces of metal into shielding bins and tack welded into place. Using
pneumatic hand tools, chain falls, come along to move these same metal plates onto and into position for installation. While
fabricating the hull sections and decking components we are required to be nuclear tested and certified by the Navy and the
NRC to perform the scheduled work. Having over 440 hours of certified training in basic shipfitting, welding, burning /
plasmarc cutting, rigging, crane operations, safety and nuclear hazardous training in the performance of my job description.
1981 – 1983 Construction Foreman David Guiliano Construction Co. Providence RI.
Supervised the daily construction crew of 8 men in various stages of both commercial and industrial projects, while offering
direction to people working in a construction site. Responsibility is ensuring that the construction work is completed safely
and in good time. Having several mechanical conveyers systems, repairing belts, electrical motors, damaged sensors and
reconfiguring the metal support, Used heavy lifting equipment such as forklifts, mechanical and hydraulic hoist lifting
equipment in the repair process. Planning coordinating, recommending and implementing the construction designs as
needed. Have coordinated the removal and replacement of several roof top HVAC units working with support contractors.
Determining work methods that result to improved efficiency and productivity in the work place. Ensuring that the
construction work is completed in good time and that the set budget is adhered to. Preparing schedules and assigning
work to construction personnel. Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel
necessary to complete the construction work in good time. Training the construction personnel and verifying their
qualifications before hiring them. Working with other supervisors in the construction site in order to determine the working
priorities. Ensuring that the reports, records, timesheets and invoices are approved by the construction authorities. I also
perform and use a PC proficiently for MSOffice XP Professional, Notes, and other PC-based applications, diagnostic analysis
and program interfacing, building monitoring software. Follow all company safety, attendance and security procedures while maintaining

A striving electrician, who is employed to assist an electrician in all activities. Such candidates are also referred to
as trainees or interns. Apprentices work under the guidance of an electrician and are required to complete all tasks
assigned by their supervisor in Industrial, residential and commercial construction, running wire, installation of standard
and exterior grade receptacles, power panels, sub panels and breaker boxes. Assisted with the energizing of equipment
and installed services. Have assisted with replacing newly updated, code required fuses and wiring to residential and
commercial / industrial clients. Appropriately reading electrical blue prints and schematics and planning all work processes
accordingly. Use basic hand tools, Meters. Testing equipment, scissor lift, boom lifts and basic ladders and scaffolding.
Inspecting all electrical systems and units, detecting defects and reporting the same to the head electrician.

Journeyman Carpenter installing and framing of roofs, windows, doors and complete finishing of wood trim, kitchen
cabinets to including sheetrock, plaster, tile and finished wood flooring. Assisted with the excavation of site foundations to
using construction equipment; bulldozers, excavators and bucket loaders to hydraulic equipment in leveling homes with the
restoration projects. Used basic hand and powered tools on a daily bases, including reading and drawing of blue prints
interpreting sketches of changes in design. Carefully handling hoists, cranes and other equipment used to handle the
construction material’s while working with other support contractors. Engaging in all forms of hard labor that is necessary for
the completion of the construction project.
