OBJECTIVE
To be able to performed (NDT) Non Destructive Testing and QA/QC Inspections of metal components, specifically for Industrial and Aeronautical products and components

To be able to perform inspection of repair and overhaul of aircraft parts,component. Conduct NDT, Weld Inspections, and metal casting products, as applicable to both industrial and Aeronautical Engineering/Design, specifications and customer requirements.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
1. Successfully completed formal training and adequate theoretical and applied knowledge non-destructive testing methods, namely RT, UT, PT, MT. Performed calibrations of pressure gages, temperature controls and measuring tools per ISO standards. Performed pressure test of aircraft tubes in accordance with THD-CMM/ OEM manual.
2. Exposed to the application of ASME, ASTM, MIL STD, NAS 410, NADCAP and AWS codes in relation to welding inspection and non-destructive examination of materials, especially ASME V, VIII, IX and AWS D1.1, AWS D17.1 and B31.1.
3. Familiar to the following repair and overhaul inspections of Tubes, Hoses and ducting IAW Engine Manual Inspections and Standard Process per CFM56 Model, Pratt & Whitney and V2500 Engine Model.
4. Familiar to the following Regulatory Requirements such as CAAP, DCA Thai, FAA Part 145, CAAC Part 145R3 and EASA Part 145 regulations for approved MRO certifications.
5. Conduct Audit Survey for Suppliers and Vendors in accordance to the Quality System requirements of the company.
6. Computer literate; AUTOCAD qualified, extensively exposed in working with MRO, production facilities; adequate supervisory skills, and result-oriented.

As the NDT/ Chief Inspector for the company, I am responsible for the overall quality system of the shop. The company is well known leader in repair and overhaul of rigid tubes, manifolds, ducts made from stainless steel as well as repair of flexible hose assemblies used in the aerospace industry such as CFM56 Model, (International Aero Engines) V2500 and Pratt & Whitney.

Create reports on the status of calibration items to the site manager.
