AUTOMATIC TESTER FOR ELECTRO-MECHANICAL SWITCHES

Project Description : The Automatic Tester for Electro-Mechanical Switches is an

Embedded System project which is based on Microcontroller

& IC’S concepts.

In this project we are finding the fault that normally

occur during manufacturing of switches namely SPST & DPST

Switches, project have two sections namely control unit and

communication unit. Normally automatic switch tester has three

terminals like COM, NO, & NC. Switch tester the switch and

transmit the error that occurred in the switch then we are

identifying the fault we are transmitting the information about

the fault through the GSM modem and it reaches the mobile.

Thus the information about the fault is been noted by the

supervisor in mobile that ho uses who is incharge of that work

place and automatically the further step is been carried out.
