We review all applicant’s resumes. Those we think are qualified will be invited to our office for open positions. If you’re asked to come and interview with us, our next steps will be to perform a criminal background check, references check, drug screening (upon request), and basic skills testing. At that point, you will be assigned an individual recruiter to represent you. When a company needs someone they contact us, and your recruiter will work to see if you can be placed in this position.
Unlike other staffing agencies that may find your resume online, you’ll get to know your recruiter, and they’ll get to know you. This ensures that you’re placed in a job that works for you, not just you working at a job. Plus, the stability and longevity of our staff means we have the experience and knowledge you want in an agency. We develop mentoring relationships with our candidates, and will be with you every step of the way as you get started and settle into your new position. We will act as a liaison between you and your new company to make sure the employment is successful.
For a Contract Position, once hired, you’ll be placed on our payroll, where we’ll pay you weekly through mail, pick-up or direct deposit system, without fail. We also carry worker’s compensation insurance for all our candidates, as well as general liability insurance, so you and LPC Personnel, Inc. are covered. After accruing 1,000 hours with us, you are eligible for up to five paid holidays.
