OUTSOURCE ASIA INTERNATIONAL MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE (Outsource Coop) is one of the newest workers cooperative in the Philippines. Its offer is a continuous member engagement with improved productivity at a lower total engagement costs to the client. Outsource Coop extends professional solutions wrapped with the best practices of successful worker cooperatives at a reasonable price.
Outsource Coop is capable of offering manpower requirements to various industries. It offers its members health and medical services, mutual benefit services, accident and life insurance and savings and loan products. Eventually, it will also pay dividends and patronage refund for the capital invested by its members.
It was registered on February 18, 2008 with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) under certificate number N-624-6393. The operations of Outsource Coop is spearheaded by a professional team which has more than twenty (20) years of combined experience in the human resource and manpower services industry.
All together, the coop envisions to succeed by providing responsive and cost effective services to its clients. It also aspires to help all the members of the Cooperative to improve their lives through continuous work engagements and better benefits.
