COMPANY OVERVIEW
PTR Properties was established with a core vision of being the country’s preferred developer in low dense and exclusive communities by providing affordable and quality projects. PTR was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in June 23, 2004. Headed by its President/CEO, Mr. Peter Y. Ty, the company is driven to carve its own niche to provide the best home value for the Filipino Families by means of building a community the follows these four (4) elements: Location, Lifestyle, Design and Quality.
For almost 10 years now, PTR Properties has already proved its claim to be a preferred developer through the existence of different condominium projects in Pasig City such as; Grand 21 Place Condominium (2006), The Fifth at San Rafael (2008), One Capitol Condominium (2011) and Two Seven Residences (2012).

By the year 2012, the company has started to build its legacy in Lipa City through its first subdivision project Amiya Rosa Lipa, a project that is truly a first class that lasts.
With the success of Amiya Rosa Lipa, the year 2013 is another milestone for the company to strengthen its Brand in the South with the launching of its newest subdivision project: Amiya Rosa Two and Alvera. These projects in the South is yet another testimony to the continuing success of PTR Properties.

Responsibilities:

Successful Candidates will undergo extensive on the job training in the following field:

Financial Management and Operations
Marketing Management and Operations
Accounting
Human Resources Management
Business Operations
Expectations from applicants:

By the end of the training, candidates are expected to learn the basics and advance know how in their chosen field.
Trainees will passed the training requirements and passed the exams to have a chance to work with a dynamic and growing company.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently taking up undergraduate studies in IT, Business Studies with a major in Financial Management, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Human Resources Management and/or Psychology
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Pasig City.
