The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong people management experience, with the ability to motivate, engage, develop
and lead a team through periods of change.
• Proven experience in Garment Quality Control in bespoke menswear.
• Knowledgeable about premium clothing, eg, cutting & pattern making.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to carefully plan workload and prioritize
effectively.
• Effective communication skills, regularly liaising with teams across the business.
Technical Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of measurement sheets & processes.
