Who we are / Background
Born out of a dream by the Company’s founder, Harea real estate, has evolved as a subsidiary of ‘Projeffes’ which has established an excellent reputation for property design and construction by creating a work model that tracks the evolution of the market, offering the client the security and service they deserve.
Harea has a young and dynamic team committed to helping our clients buy, sell or rent properties.
Our staff have a wealth of local knowledge and can point you in the right direction to help you find your perfect home.
The Company complies with all the legal requirements to permit property activities. In compliance with Law nº. 15/2013 of the 8th of February it holds Activity Licence number 10877 – AMI granted on the 30/01/2015 by INCI – Instituto da Construção e do Imobiliário (Institute of Construction and Housing).
Our Location
We are ideally based in the heart of Central Portugal, conveniently located near the town of Ansiao on the IC8.
