General Business Activities
CABHRU is the customer service name of the Call Center Department of Denscoth Business Solutions, Inc. that has been established as a support team. We at CABHRU as one team are composed of professional people in BPO industry before, who can handle virtual assistant, email support, data encoding, tele sales and customer service. People who trained to be not only the best but be excellent in working in some large BPO company. Communication is one of our passion and we firmly believe in fully comprehending customers’ needs in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Throughout the years of our experiences as a customer service agent we managed to hone skills that are very close to our personality and that We consider essentials to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude, persuasiveness and being optimistic. We are always willing to learn and always will fully familiarize ourselves with the product or services in order to provide the best possible support to our clients. We are dedicated and we welcome those client that need our service. We are full time call center consulting and can work Australian or U.S. business hours.
