Office hours for 2016-17 Tax Season
• Monday--Friday 10am-7pm
• Saturday--10am-5pm
• Sunday--Appointments ONLY
Our dress code is Business Casual-our appearance is the first impression for our clients
Pay
Each Employee will be paid by performance.
• 0-50 clients serviced-$25
• 50-80 clients serviced-$50
• 80-100 clients serviced-$100
Bonuses will be awarded monthly upon completion of target goals.
Office Etiquette
• Maintain high levels of professionalism at ALL TIMES
• Good attendance is the key to excellent customer service
• If any issues arise with clients or coworkers, please contact the Office Manager
