Edwards Transport Services originated as C. Edwards, Inc. , an aggregate transport company in the greater Houston area. Founded by Coy W. Edwards in 1973, C. Edwards Inc. put into motion the core values that make up Edwards Transport Services strongest assets. In 1978 he expanded his service to a dedicated fleet of trucks providing van truck delivery of steel drums for a manufacture in the Houston area, servicing the gulf coast region.
In 1999 the company took on a new look as Edwards Transport Services providing common carrier and dedicated services. From that point, E.T.S. has had substantial growth due to their ability to take the “headache” out of transportation for shippers. The core values of HONESTY, HARD WORK, FAIRNESS and INTEGRITY that were set in 1973 still drive us today.
