Looking for a part-time Maintenance to service properties in the greater Raleigh/Durham area (not an IT job):
The Maintenance Technician will be working in the field to install, maintain and repair laundry and trash chute doors and equipment in buildings and other facilities to ensure operating efficiently.
Estimated work hours per week: 10-15 hours.
Opportunities for advancement and pay incentives. Advance Chutes will provide on the job training.
