Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

We are currently hiring a Quality Manager to work in New Albany, OH. This role is a direct hire opportunity, joining a global team offering continued industry training.

The Quality Assurance Manager will be a key member of our operations team and will assist training and quality to ensure worker training skills verification.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

Deliver a quality training experience to installers

Inspect all procedures, specification, methods, and results of production and installation.

Review all project/task records for accuracy and completeness

Ensure that the latest revision of corporate quality procedures and installation standards are being always used.

Internal audits to verify compliance to regulation and standards.

Participate in driving the demand planning process and ensure effective scheduling.

Provide timely and relevant reports and analysis of key trends for managers as required.

Responsible for application of best practice.

Comply with all relevant safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 7-10 years' experience in managing all aspects of projects within the low voltage cabling sector.

Proficient with MS Office including MS Excel, word, and email.

Excellent communication skills.

Good understanding of building systems.
