Sourcing Manager

We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to work for our client. This role is responsible for developing strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Lead procurement efforts for new and existing products, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Analyze product profitability, monitor supplier performance, and negotiate favorable terms

Collaborate with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to identify sourcing needs and support cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

2+ years of experience in sourcing, negotiation, and procurement

Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with sales processes is a plus

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
