Pay Rate: $13.00/hr

Shift: Day

Position Summary

The Packer is responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing eggs and related products for shipment. This role ensures that all products meet the companies quality, safety, and packaging standards while supporting smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

Pack eggs or products into cartons, trays, or cases according to company standards.

Inspect products for cracks, defects, or quality issues and remove damaged items.

Apply correct labels, dates, and identification to all packages.

Stack finished cases onto pallets in a safe and organized manner.

Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following all food-safety requirements.

Assist with general production tasks as needed to support the team.

Follow all companies safety guidelines and report any issues to a supervisor. Qualifications

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

Able to lift and move up to 40-50 lbs as needed.

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in food production or warehouse work is a plus, but not required - training provided.
