Position Summary:
National Christian Foundation seeks to hire a Giver Services Coordinator and Data Operations for its Ohio office. This role blends relational support with accurate data management to strengthen the Ohio team’s ability to serve givers with excellence.

The Giver Services Coordinator and Data Operations primarily serves the NCF Ohio Team by assisting in creating a giver and prospect experience that strengthens current relationships and creates a supportive environment for new givers. Manages multiple tasks while assisting the team with a variety of giver support responsibilities. This position will be actively engaged in administrative support, customer service, event support, database administration, marketing, and office management.

Primary Responsibilities:
Giver Support (40%): Supporting the day-to-day processing of numerous and diverse transactions, processing crucial forms and making profile updates.
Administrative and Data Operations Support (30%): Meeting scheduling, booking travel, calendar/email management. documenting tasks into CRM database or other systems, creating presentations and managing documents for speaking engagements. Build and maintain spreadsheets with large datasets used daily for analysis; and troubleshooting formulas.
Marketing and Communications (15%): Supporting the local marketing and communication initiatives of the Ohio office including email campaigns, Marketing Cloud campaigns, and all other event communication as they arise. Maintain WordPress website.
New Fund Administration (10%): Various proactive and reactive administrative duties associated with Givers and multiple charitable organizations. all aspects of the new Giver experience including fund tours.
Event Management (5%): Supporting outreach events, support generosity councils; attend and support staff meetings. Includes pre-event/post-event metrics.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required (or can be made optional with equivalent work experience).
Minimum three years of previous administration or customer service experience required.
Previous charitable giving, non-profit, or ministry experience preferred.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, data cleaning, and multi sheet tracking.
Knowledge of Salesforce (or CRM) preferred.
Nature and Scope:
Reporting Relationship: This position reports to the Director of Giver Services.
Employment Status: Full-time hourly.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required during peak work periods and projects. Minimal travel is required.
Work Environment: 100% office (high volume of communication via email and phone).
