LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor.

This is a great opportunity working a hybrid schedule for a company in Richmond, Virginia. The Accounts Payable Supervisor who will lead daily AP operations across several business units. This position oversees all aspects of vendor payments, corporate card activity, invoice flow, and team coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred

5+ years of accounts payable experience, including being a supervisor or team lead.

Strong understanding of accounting procedures, month-end close, and reconciliation.

Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup functions, formulas).

Effective communicator with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Dependable, detail-focused, and able to support peak-period hours.Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
