Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial reporting for 5-6 housing communities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

Complete month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Collaborate with operations teams to support decision-making and improve processes.

Serve as the Yardi expert, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.

Strong proficiency in Yardi and solid understanding of GAAP principles.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
