IT Site Support Specialist

Location: ThouarceContract Type: Short-Term Contract

The Role

As an IT Site Support Specialist, you will provide on-site IT support at our Thouarce facility and assist the wider IT team across other sites when needed. Your role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations and delivering an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

Overview & Role scope

Build and maintain strong IT relationships with site teams to enhance their IT experience.

Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, keeping users informed throughout the process.

Support users in improving their IT proficiency to maximize the value of IT services.

Assist with IT programs, projects, asset management, and local IT administration.

Qualifications

Requirements

Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, site support, or a similar role.

Technical Skills: Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills for on-site user support.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (not mandatory).

Certifications: ITIL or equivalent certifications are a plus.
