Real Estate Acquisition Specialist

The Real Estate Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in acquiring homes for House Buyers of America. In this position, you will actively follow up on leads, assess property values, estimate necessary repairs, and close deals, all while conducting thorough due diligence on every acquisition. This is a fully remote role, but you will frequently meet clients and prospects in person.

What you will do:

Follow up on leads, evaluate properties, analyze comparable sales, and acquire new homes.

Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

Conduct comprehensive due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for ratification.

Estimate repairs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and As-Is value of properties.

Meet with homeowners to present purchase offers on their properties.

Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

About You:

You have over 4 years of sales experience.

You consistently rank in the top 10% of sales staff in your previous roles.

You possess strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications (including Microsoft Office).

You have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas over the phone.

A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation Range: $140,000-$220,000 per year (inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission)
