Customer Relationship Management Developer

Title: Salesforce CRMA Developer (Architect Level)

Contract: 12 months, possible extension or hire

Overview:

Seeking a hands-on CRMA Developer with strong experience across CRMA, Tableau, data integration, and deployment tools. This person will build dashboards, model data, connect external systems, and drive technical solutions end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and optimize dashboards in CRMA and Tableau

Set up and configure Salesforce APIs

Prepare and transform data within CRMA (recipes, dataflows, joins, grouping)

Connect external data sources using MuleSoft

Work with Salesforce Data Cloud (identity resolution, configuration, DMO)

Use Copado for deployments and release management

Build complex mapping and data models across Salesforce and external systems

Support Salesforce migration planning and solution design

Act as a hands-on developer, proposing and implementing technical solutions

Experience:

Strong background in Salesforce development, CRMA, Tableau, MuleSoft, and Copado

Proven experience with data modeling, data prep, and integrations
