Technical Project Manager

What you'll do:

Manage and support phone systems across 20-30 hosted/VoIP call centers (8 8), including building out new systems and coordinating with the vendor on deployments and circuit needs.

Handle telecom expense management, ensuring all telecom costs are coded and allocated correctly through Tango.

Assist with operational changes, supporting other telecom analysts with moves, mergers, and acquisition-related telecom transitions. Who you are:

5 + Years of Experience

1. Technical VoIP experience: understanding common VoIP protocols, networking protocols

2. Telecom billing: working with ISP's and being able to coordinate new circuits and decommissioning of circuits

3. Telecom expense management and managing inventory - All done currently through tango

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $40-45hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
