Sr. Database Administrator

Monitoring servers, taking care of issues before they become problems and or outages.

24 SQL Servers – large amount of activity on each server

Focusing on Replication of Data from one server to another, one to multiple servers, etc.

Performance of the Server overall as well as track down performance issues

SQL Servers are 2014 or 2017

Need to be able to write scripts and help with monitoring – they also have tools they can use.

Writing Stored Procedures for monitoring this is not for applications, TSQL – this is to debug, read, etc.
