Agility Partners is seeking qualified applicants to fill an open Level Sr. Software Engineer position for a Healthcare company that drives better health outcomes by uniting technology and clinical relationships through a connected healthcare network.

Develop and maintain full-stack features for an innovative web and mobile platform that enables customers to virtually engage with their pharmacists

Build and enhance web and mobile applications with a focus on new feature enhancements and production support

Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver solutions that create meaningful business value

Participate in paired programming and test-driven development practices

Write unit tests and contribute to quality assurance processes

Work with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Contribute to system documentation and code reviews

Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies

Support production environments and troubleshooting

The Perfect Candidate

The ideal candidate would bring the following:

Must be local to Columbus and willing to work onsite 3 days per week (M/T/Th)

5+ years of experience working as a full stack software engineer

Strong proficiency in Java for backend development

Experience with modern frontend frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue

Database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or NoSQL

Understanding of REST API development and integration

Experience with unit testing and quality assurance practices

Familiarity with paired programming methodologies

Knowledge of Agile practices/tools, including TDD

Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

AWS Cloud platform experience
